After getting fired some Chili's when I was 16, I searched Craigslist for sales jobs and found myself selling alarm and security systems in residential neighborhoods. I ended up going door to door for nearly 8 years.
Then I moved to NYC and began my first inside sales job and become the top sales person at a Fortune 500 company.
In 2013, I won Grant Cardone's reality TV show, 'Whatever It Takes' and began my sales position. During my 3.5 year tenure in South Beach, I became the top sales person, becoming a top 1% income earner and was solely responsible for closing the largest deal in company history with major wireless communications provider, Sprint.
I left my cushy $500,000/yr sales position in 2017 to scratch my entrepreneurial itch to provide sales people and organizations with more effective sales strategies and opened Stupar Sales Academy. I was able to acquire more than 200 active, paying clients in under 4 months.
In 2018, I moved to my hometown of Milwaukee, WI and founded my own SaaS company, Sales Domination System, selling CRM services to small and medium sized companies. My team and I scaled our company to multiple six-figures. I successfully negotiated a profitable exit and sold Sales Domination System in early 2020 to another private company.
Today, I am grateful for the opportunity to own multiple businesses. None of my entrepreneurial ambitions could be realized without leveraging my unique, progressive and effective sales processes.
