1. Access: Access to all online content to be granted to user immediately after payment is received. Access will continue to be granted until licensee cancels their membership.

2. Personal License & Usage: User agrees not to share log in credentials or content with unauthorized users, groups, teams or organizations unless they have received the express and written consent from Stupar Sales Academy. 3. Cancellation: Access to Stupar Sales Academy Annual Membership is granted on an annual basis, without any contract. You are free to cancel your membership at any time, for any reason. Membership will continue until cancelled by user. Licensee must provide 30 days written cancellation prior to annual renewal date in order to avoid unwanted billing.

4. Refunds: This is a digital product containing intellectual data, information, downloadable assets and documents and is accessible upon receipt of payment to the user. The user acknowledges there are no refunds.

5. Performance: Licensee understands and acknowledges that Stupar Sales Academy nor its content or affiliates can guarantee results. Results vary on the individual's work ethic, job opportunity, job role and execution. Results will vary for that reason. Licensee understands they may cancel this service at any time.

6. Licensee acknowledges they will adhere to this agreement and will not dispute charges in the event that they are billed for the service and have not provided written notice of cancellation 30 days prior to renewal date.
